King Size: Music For the Soul is a group of stringed instrument wielding troubadours from the Central Ozarks. They have honed their craft for years fine tuning their sound with a blend of genres like classic rock, bluegrass, folk, and blues to make something altogether new. 

While the Ozarks is where they currently call home the music they produce is an outcome of nation spanning origin, lessons learned on the road as travelling musicians, and good old fashioned life.

Ben Collins is the lead singer, rhythm instrumentalist, and creative force behind the bulk of the band’s catalogue. He grew up in Northeast Louisiana in the Delta between the Mississippi and Ouachita Rivers. He knew early on that music was a gift he loved to share with others. He began writing music at the age of 14 and by 16 was already travelling from city to city  playing whatever open mics and street corners would take a scraggly teenager.

Ed Heniff is a born and raised Missouri native. He has decades of musical experience that go beyond performance being an avid festival attendee and a lover of jam bands like Phish and The Grateful Dead. He plays mandolin for the band and is a cornerstone of the group.
